General Terms and Conditions
1. Subject of the Agreement
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) regulate the terms and conditions for table reservations at Maroni Budapest, operated by Tunnel Club Kft.
2. Table Reservation
Reservations: As indicated on the respective reservation page assigned to each table.
3. Payment Terms
The fee for tickets and table reservations must be paid online. The reservation becomes final upon receipt of payment.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations: In case of cancellation, the paid amount is non-refundable.
5. Event Modification or Cancellation
The organizer reserves the right to change the program. In the event that the event is canceled, all paid amounts will be fully refunded.
6. Participation Conditions
Participation in the event is at the attendee’s own risk. The organizer does not accept responsibility for any damages or personal injuries caused by participants.
